When is my rent due?
Your rent is ALWAYS due on the first day of the month. Your rent is late as of midnight on the first, but we give you a grace period until the 5th. Late charges would begin on the 6th.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash checks and money orders in person and ACH payments and card payments through the portal.
How do I request maintenance?
To submit a maintenance request please use your online resident portal or call us (949) 510-8162.
What happens when my lease is up?
We require a 60 day notice at the first of each month when the lease is fulfilled. All renewals will be sent 45 days in advance.
