Kathy and Catherine are truly outstanding professionals. The key metric for me in buying my home/condo is trustworthiness—trusting the realtor to do thorough research to produce options that fit my specific needs, trusting them to secure a fair and good price for my purchase, trusting them to provide efficient and accurate follow through for a successful purchase. They exceeded all expectations! When I was unable to meet inspectors and workers, Kathy and Catherine happily stepped in time and time again, communicating with me instantly, providing insight and suggestions for saving money and expeditiously getting the work done. They are conscientious and hard-working, tenacious in their dealings, and very knowledgeable about the market with their decades of real estate experience. Over the past 3 years, I have used the services of Kathy Asato and Catherine Killion for buying, selling, and property management of my homes.  In all aspects, I would recommend them with high regard.  Their skill set has been created through significant experience over a variety of market conditions.  Upon our initial meeting in the summer of 2021, they showed up prepared with market research, history of my home, and proceeded to assess the house I wished to sell.  They set expectations for the sale in terms of time frame and cost, and answered a myriad of questions from me over the next few days while gathering significant information from me about the remodeling of that particular unique home on the Clark County Historic Register.  Since then, I’ve purchased another home through their agency and now have them managing it comfortably while I live a time zone away.
Key factors that set Pacific Agency Group apart:
1) Excellent, accurate communication in a very timely manner
2) Market understanding with the ability & patience to explain their strategy
3) Professionalism as they represent you and to prospective buyers, sellers, & tenants
4) Fees inline with the market and openly discussed upfront.  No ‘gotcha’ costs hidden in paperwork ever.
5) Follow up on deals that didn’t work out and possible realignment as market conditions might change.  These are the difficult conversations that most realtors want to ignore, but Kathy and Catherine take these conversations on very professionally to keep all parties aligned in the end goal.
6) Consulting on remodeling/painting/staging as you prepare to sell or rent

They were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly easy going - we took our time finding our new home and they both helped us to find options, viewing many before finding just the right one.
